So I saw someone complaining about starting their weight cut this week. I don't get this train of thought. I truly believe if you are going to cut, embrace it. Make the process a fun challenge versus hating it.
Mike Mastell is helping me with me cut again. I was 239 last week, but ended up starting today off at 241. Maybe it's hormonal. Anyway, I asked him a question this morning, then he asked me my weight. I reported 241 and said it will be a breeze. What am I going to say, it's undoable? Hell no, it's a lock!
Now perhaps if you don't have a plan it could be rough. However, I don't really suffer those who don't have a plan. Come on, with all the resources out there, it's pretty easy to get a plan. With a sound plan you just have to execute! I have said it before and I'll say it again, a goal without a plan is just a wish. Wishing is not going to get you to your goal weight.
Embrace what is difficult people. Make it a challenge. Either that or just be one of those people happy to get a participation trophy. I hate those people!
