
When you become a seasoned lifter you make choices that influences your lifting that may have not made when you are a beginner. Like the amount of sleep you get or the amount of water you intake, this all affects training. Even more so when you are a seasoned lifter. I'm paying close attention to it and I am looking for the right balance.
Today's training I worked on persistence set up and drive thru my legs.

 - Pause wide grip cable row 4x10
