Training tonight with Carri one of my Tuesday night training partners who is training for her 1st powerlifting meet in January. I have converted her from a Kettlebell competitor to try her hand at powerlifting. She is going to do amazing, she is already in the 100 lb bench club, 200 lb squat club and 300 lb deadlift club. I love living, learning and passing on.
I'm 4 weeks out today from the World's and starting to get anxious. I want to lift, I want it over and I want my total. I will earn it, I am driven.
