This will change from time to time. What drives you to train the way you train will most definitely change over time. Over the last months I;ve had to change my training due to work and other commitments. However my body feels good and rested and its ready to take on the heavy weights again and furthermore my brain and heart are back in sync to lift optimally. Sometimes you need a breather from the mentality of powerlifting.

My training this month will be high reps, fast paced sessions

Upper assistance

20min stepmill intervals

  • 50lb DB 10x10 40sec between sets
  • Rolling DB triceps 4x30
  • with rope tricep ext 4x30
  • Single arm DB OHP 40x3x20
  • band pull aparts 3x50
  • with wide low row paused reps 3x20
