Today is an exciting day, I am back training and everything is new. I have a new coach doing my programming which has not happened in 4 years, since I started in the fitness industry. This is very odd for me and talking a lot of trust right now. I am in good hands as I have hired my new EliteFTS teammate, world record holder, and best 181 lifter on the planet right now Maliek Derstine.
