Another fun bench day. We had our regular group training today, and it was a great session for everyone. This was the first time in this training session that the weight felt really heavy, and I felt gassed after my first set with 215. I told this to Coach Steve, who called me out and told me I better finish all my damn sets. I'm as close as I've ever been to the 225lb bench milestone. Those who know me know I want this SO BAD!
