Drives are different than motivations. The difference is subtle yet significant one. Motivation is temporary and non-indelible in nature. A drive is deeper and more lasting. Drives are etched into our nervous system. You could say that drives fuel our motivation to act.

It's a matter of discovering what drives you. Purpose is a performance-enhancer and it's our job to find it.
