I'm tired of being sick, It has been 10 days now enough is enough. Too much work stress for me and I need to deal with it before it gets the better of me, hopefully it's not too late.

Bench today, not a ton of energy, not sure if it's due to the cold/flu I've had or depression, either way, this is all I could muster up.

Shoulder is really sore today so I called it there. Baby steps, tomorrow is 12 weeks out from the RPS Nationals, I'm on the fence whether or not i'm going to compete or not. I see my Surgeon on Monday and if he gives me the green light then I'm signing up.
