High Bar Squats and Wide Stance Good Mornings on the docket for the next month or so. All beltless and all terrible. Writing this the day after and my quads, back, and glutes are wrecked. It will pay off in the end, and I know it is required to improve, but the weight doesn't care and it still hurts.

505x10 for 3 sets on High Bar Beltless with 120s rest. Rough compared to me normally taking 5 or so minutes

295x12 for 4 sets with 90s rest on Wide Stance Beltless Good Mornings. Pretty rough and was getting some fatigue induced leg shakes, but hey.

RFESS w/ 35lb DB for 5 sets of 12 w/ 30s rest Breathing hard and sweating

Back Extension on GHR 3 sets of 20 w/ 30s rest and because of these I had trouble grocery shopping after

Productivity is not always enjoyable!
