It is no surprise, or at least shouldn't be to anyone who knows me, that I still can't lift. Apparently my MRI referral is in the process of getting a prior auth currently...so that's great ( eye roll). Anyway, I found myself not being able to resist the urge to do some handstands tonight, and some cartwheels too! It felt good just to move around and be bendy and flippy. I didn't do anything crazy, although I like REALLY wanted to, but I knew it would just hurt my back, so I didn't. Instead I did some stretching and handstands, yadda yadda. It's becoming increasingly difficult for me to post my actual training logs in here, because I haven't been keeping track. I really just go into the gym and I do whatever I feel like that day. It's always a bench variation, because that's all I'm doing right now. But other than that, there's not much to highlight. I do some lunges, pull ups, triceps, incline DB press, chest supported rows, regular bench, wide grip, etc.

I'm going to try to make it more of a habit to log exactly what I'm doing, so I can share it with everyone!
