Only a few weeks out from my next meet at Rivercity Barbell in Newport Ky. I've had a few set backs in this training cycle but the past few weeks have been great for me. This 665lb squat was a gym PR and felt great.

My original goal was to squat 675 in this meet, but I think I have more than that in me after this workout. Big thanks to all my training partners at The Strength Lab for all the help! We've had a great few weeks of training, with a lot of PR's from the crew.
