Another big rep PR for me! The extra calories I've been eating over the past few weeks has been helping my bench a lot. Working within rep ranges has been great for me as well, today the rep range was 4-6 with 190.
I had a bit of a mild headache going into this training session. As I got into heavier sets my headache got worse and worse and by my last set with 190 I was nauseous. I decided to stick to 3 sets instead of 4 with my top weight and call it quits at that point. I did some light SSYoke JM presses, then took a handful of tylenol so I could be well enough to see Star Wars that night.
