How long will I hurt? My CNS took a beating last week and I’m wondering why on earth my body still hurts. Maybe because I lifted over 8,200 lbs during the two days or maybe because I’m older I need more time to recover. Whatever the reason I’m listening to my body. I need to do something though, the best alternative is my bells. I love my bells, I can lift as light as I want or as heavy as I want. I can go for hours just to get loosened up. It’s a great feeling getting that full body pump and a good sweat on without stressing my body too much.
