Todays training only had two subtle changes (incline bench instead of flat and sets and reps were changed first superset (A1 & A2) I am not going to lie, this about killed me.
I have not been this out of breath or close to getting sick in a training session for quit some time, I did however finish all my sets and reps with dropping weight for only one exercise (DB Row's with pause). I was happy to walk out of the gym and still function, it is 9:30 pm typing this and my body is begging to sleep.
