Week four usually ends up being "the easiest" following the gqarlyness of week three. Only had two working sets of eight on the menu and they moved pretty well. Warm-ups consisted of both conventional and sumo, I am going to attempt messing with sumo stance to see if I can become more efficient and get on the level that some of my other EliteFTS team members are at.

Hardest part of the days training was definitely the double overhand RDL's, I attempted these without straps, so grip was being challenged every rep.
