I'm so excited to announce that I've been selected to represent Canada at the IPF Classic Bench Press World Championships in Texas this year!
It's been a long time goal of mine to compete at an IPF world championship, and It's finally happening on Friday April 21st.
I'm so grateful to my coach, Steve Goggins, and to the EliteFTS team for all their support helping me reach this goal of mine.
My focus right now is still on Nationals in March, so I can hopefully make the 3-lift world team this year as well.
2017 is already off to a great start. I'll be posting all my training in my log so you can follow along.
