After receiving my training update for this week my faced turned similar to that emoji that just has three horizontal lines, two which make up it's eyes and one making up it's mouth. The only reason I hate Incline Bench is because I suck at it so bad, this one particular lift sucks the sole out of me every time I do it. I am stuck in this weird realm where Im not quit benching or overhead pressing and my pec's, shoulder's, lat's, and tricep's "act a fool". I am thankful my main movement's follow a more conjugate style of rotation so I won't be seeing these again for a minute... unless my coach see's this post, lol.
