Swing Combo Leg In and out Circuit 2 Mins

Double Swing / Highball Combo 2 Min

Double Clean & Press 2 Mins

Double Chains x 2 Mins Swing/Highpull/Clean/Press/Squat

Bent Over Rows 3 sets of 10/10 16 Kg Bell

My bell sizes varied on all these moves but I am more than comfortable using a pair of 12 kg bells for all the moves post shoulder surgery. I feel stronger every day and no shoulder pain. Gains Gains Gains.
