The Kettlebell Swing if performed properly is one of the best exercises out there for core strength, grip strength, forearm strength, glutes of steel, rehab, metabolic conditioning and the list goes on. The Kettlebell swing is also one of the most incorrectly performed exercise I see on the internet today.

With so many different styles of Kettlebells, hard style, fitness, Girevoy, crossfit, Russian and again the list goes on. It is very hard to get a consistent way to swing a Kettlebell. I am going to show you the way I like to perform the Kettlebell swing and give you some different variations to include into your training programs. If you want you can also just use them on their own. Kettlebells and Powerlifing are two sports that are like Salt and Pepper. Meant to be together in so many ways.

I am very conscious of low back issues so when I teach the swing you will notice how upright I keep my posture.

The benefits of Kettlebells are endless. One of the most positive things I can tell you is they strengthen your ligaments and your tendons. Very tough to strengthen those so if you can utilize the ballistics of Kettlebells on a regular basis you will have tendons of steel.
