Well, today went well. After getting some advice from Ted Toalston last weekend at the Elitefts compound, we decided I should pull in my suit again this week a little bit heavier since last week went so well. I felt pretty good today after taking it easier the past couple days than I normally would have.
Warmup ups: 135 x 3 225x3 315x2 405x1
Suit on, Straps Down 495 x 1 585x1
Straps up 635x1 675x1 735x1 765x1 for a nice PR.
Last one wasn't too bad. I definitely have more in the tank. At this point my confidence is up and I'm really looking forward to seeing what I can do in a couple weeks.
