After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

All the leg supersets for the day! I got a nasty hamstring pump to start the session, then blew my quads and glutes up. I don't have a whole lot to mention in this particular session other than it was a damn good training session that I kind of needed to end the week. My work schedule at my other job is going to start changing for the holidays, so I know I'm going to have to work with my training schedule a bit to make things work.
