After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

I had to get in a really quick leg session on this particular Friday. Not a bad training session, but sometimes I have to make some modifications here and there. I've been loving the split squats with the yoke bar lately, completely trashing my quads and glutes. Next week I'll have a new reverse hyper in the gym, so I'll be excited to use that on my next lower body day.
