The goal for the next three workouts is lots of back and lat work as well is some reverse hypers, hyperextensions, and light arms. I want to keep my joints and lower back from tightening up and to keep everything moving smoothly.

D. Shrugs 3x10

E. Hammer Curls 3x10

F. Hyperextensions 4x12
