I'm in Alberta this week handling a good friend and super strong lifter. Training is a little off schedule because of that, but may end up testing a squat max while I'm here which should be fun.
I haven't posted any of my light bench days in a while. This has been my usual light paused bench day for the last few training cycles. I typically bring my grip out one to two fingers on this day and try not to use much hip drive.
