Cruz and I are taking a light week since going heavy for the last few weeks. Our bodies are feeling pretty beat to shit so we are just trying to go through the motions right now. Hit 8 doubles on squats with 335 and did some pump work after. I went in on my own to do a very quick OHP workout. I had about 30 mins before I had to leave for class. Got in what I needed to and left.

C. Abs 4x20
OHP Day
A. OHP Bar weight x 10 95x10 135x5 155x5 185x5x3 Sets
B. Hammer Strength Rows and DB Lateral Raise SS 3x10, 3x20
C. Tricep Rope Pushdowns and Cable Curls SS 4x20
