
Do I wish I could train my legs as hard as I used to? Yes I would love to destroy my legs and make them stronger but I can't without massive swelling and the chance of not being able to train the following week. So this is what I do instead.
- single leg squats body weight 4x20
 - leg press slow descend explosive press 4x10
 - leg curls 4x20
 - stiff dreads 5x15
 - reverse hypers 3x30
 - weighted crunches 4x25
