BW Step Ups
  • 4 sets of 10 reps
It's been two weeks and I figured I try some light squats today, but front squat. I realized quickly that the pain and discomfort in my groin is still there and have opted to see a doctor now since I've been dealing with this for over a month. I cant' get in to see him until November 30th so we'll see what happens between now and then.
