3 Weeks ago I could not hit 185, tonight I hit it. Getting some good confidence in my bench, 10.5 months post shoulder surgery. My goal is to hit the 200 lb mark at the Worlds in November, Baton Rouge here I come.

BENCH

55 LBS X 10

75 LBS X 5

85 LBS X 5

95 LBS X 3

115 LBS X 3

145 LBS X 1

165 LBS X 1

185 LBS X 1 (not the prettiest I needed to pause more)

195 LB ATTEMPT (Not tonight)

Overload with slingshot attempt (235 lbs dumbest idea ever)

PUSHUPS 10/10/10

LAT PULL DOWNS

105 X 10/10/10

TRICEP BANDS 25/25/25/25

My meet prep is going well right now, all my lifts are increasing in training but I'm being smart enough to skip a day if i'm tired or feeling beat up. Over training is the biggest mistake people make and I won't make that mistake I know my body too well.

In search of that 1,000 lb total at the World's is a big goal for me to hit but ultimately is what I am aiming for. The World's will mark one year post shoulder surgery for me.
