B. Arch Back Good Mornings 225x3x10 ^The point of these are to arch your lower back as hard as you can while hinging your hips back. This really isolates the hamstrings. Note that it is a very small range of motion
C1. Lying Leg Curls 4x20 C2. Seated Leg Extension 4x20
