This is week 6 of training for USPA Drug Tested Nationals.
I'm very happy with the way training has been going the past few weeks! I've been focusing on improving my nutrition, and sleep, and it has been paying off big time! I've had a goal for a long time to bench 225, and I think that might finally be in my near futue! Still taking baby steps on the road to a monster bench.
