Today I did 20 BW squats with just a little bit of assistance, YAY. And honestly, way less discomfort than I had from it last week...so progress. I don't have much to report to be honest. I had to legitimately let go of my training in order to stop beating myself up about it. This is okay, powerlifting will always be there...first, let's get healthy.
