Sometimes I think I forget just how spoiled I have been in regards to my training. I have never, ever, had to wrap my own knees. My teammates and/or coach have always been available to wrap. WELL, tonight was different, and I can't even say I'm mad about it. It was a knew experience and honestly, even though it was hard AF, it was good for me.

So, the first time I self wrapped it completely sucked and I did it wrong. Basically I just did it off of memory from watching Swede or whoever wrap them for all of these years. Casey and Yessica tried to show me and I basically ust knodded my head and remained clueless.

Yessica wrapped me for my second set. On my 3rd set I just remember thinking, no, you need to do this. So, I put on my big girl pants, sat down, and just did it. I have to say I am super impressed with how my wrap job progressively got better as the sets went on. I also opted to walk all of these squats out, instead of using the mono, which was another new experience.

So, with 310 I got 8 reps on my last set (in the mono, not wrapping my own knees for 4 sets). With 315 I only got 4 reps (no mono, all walked out, wrapped my knees for 4 sets). I will tell you, wrapping my knees took everything out of me. So again, I'm not even mad about it. Today was a really good experience for me, and something that I 100% needed. I'm grateful to be learning all of the things.
