The best meet I have ever had I was doing prowler sprints twice a week. It sucked so I never duplicated lol. I am very honored to be a part of the Olympia so I want to be as prepared as possible
Prowler sprints -30 yards -2 plates on prowler -down and back is one trip -4 trips
Reverse hyper 4 sets of 12
