About 11weeks out.

11 weeks to not get hurt.

11weeks to grab a decent pull. Anything over 400 will due.

Bench I don't know if I'm going raw or not...ekkk if raw id like 235-245. Shirt 320ish...who knows.

Conventional dead lift 315x3x5 225x1x10 - I will post video once it loads. My phone is taking its sweet time, getting it to youtube. The process is REAL.

  • Reverse hyper 3x15 heavy
  • Back attack 3x15 heavy
  • Glutes bridges 3x25
  • Heavy oblique bends 3x15
