I typically pre-cook and prep my food on Sundays. However, sometimes things don't go as planned and I end up doing it on Monday or Tuesday. That can really put me in a bind for my eating on Monday and Tuesday.

Luckily I have a quick and easy meal I can throw together in a matter of minutes.

And with:

46 grams protein

112 grams carbs

20 grams of fat

It fits close enough to my macros to make it work in a pinch.

2 Pouches Starkist Tuna

1 Pouch of Uncle Ben's Ready Rice

1 Tbsp. Coconut oil

1/2 can green beans

I eat the tuna and green beans separate and mix the coconut oil into my rice. ricetuna
