Raw squats are feeling great and getting stronger by then week! It is very hard not to push it on squats, I am only suppose to be keeping my squat maintained while I prep for this deadlift only meet. Relentless MN in July however will be my first raw meet since 2009 lol. It starts off my 2017 meet trifecta, raw-single-multi ply.
Raw squat doubles up to 655lbs
Pause Squats with ssb(these suck rotten donkey balls) sets of 4 up to 385lbs
Seated hammy curl 4 sets of 12
Seated row 4 sets of 15
Kettle bell hip swing 4 sets of 12
Abs 4 sets of 12
