I am upping the soft tissue work on my legs. I have been rolling forever and I think I need to switch it up. I picked up a beastie bar here from the site. This things is awesome. It's a stick that rolls but it has hard rubber ball on it with points. It really digs into the muscle with out having to break it in half doing so. I have aver been doing the beastie bar on my off days and I can feel a significant difference. I really like this for my glutes. I feel like I can do some massage without destroying my sciatic nerves.
