Fast and hard. Like me in bed (more fast than hard)

Body weight squats super set with push ups.

10 sets of 12 squats and 10 push ups.

The whole session took about 15 mins. Which now that I write it down, is way too long for it. Next time will be faster.

I will be hitting 2 more rehab sessions this week and 2-3 cardio sessions.

Rehab sucks. Don't get hurt kids!
