So, I think in my last log I left off with saying that Thursday was my last day in San Diego. Friday morning Swede and I flew out of San Diego and went directly to Columbus. Upon arrival we stopped for icecream, because...why not? Anyway, this weekend there was a seminar at EliteFTS with Swede, J.L. Holdsworth, and Casey Williams. I was super excited to attend this, and to actually get to watch and help Swede teach. It was an awesome experience. Plus, I got to meet more of my teammates and talk with them.

I trained a little bit before the seminar started on Saturday morning, and then quickly finished up after the seminar was over. I still feel like crap. Luckily my training sessions are relatively easy the first week back after a meet, which is allowing me to stay on track with training and not get behind. After my meet in October I kind of fell apart. I ended up stuffing my face and not even training. HUGE mistake.

Anyways, I did some squats at 30% and some light assistance work.

Squats: barx2x8, 95x5, 135x3x5

Split Squats: 4x10 (2 sets each leg)

BB Rows: barx12 & 95x2x15

Shrugs: 95x2x15
