I pulled 90lbs for 20 minutes, but I spent most of this time thinking about where I've come from. I've been training close to ten years and I'll post the following thoughts:

7 years between these photos. On the top a 375 pull at 242 in single ply gear, and on the bottom a 785 pull at 220 raw. Speaking with my old friend @jasen_kohli got me thinking about time, patience, and progress. Anyone can look at the multitude of inhumanly strong people out there like@dangreenpowerlifter@mad_scientist_duffin @oakstrong and the like. It's easy to put them on a pedestal and view them above anyone else, however the best thing you can realize is that the greats of any sport are still human. The only thing standing between you and an insane amount of progress is the effort you put in, and a good chunk of time. When progress slows down, look at far how you've come already, and dream about how far you'll be able to go. It really is amazing when you think about it.
