I spend the day today at the SPF Pro Am in Cincinnati Ohio handling Steve Diel. Steve is a long time friend and training partner. He is also the CFO of EliteFTS and a pro level power lifter. He and I were training together for this meet before I went and tore my tricep tendon and had to pull out of the competition. Steve did awesome today and set 4 PR's for himself. He squatted 870, benched 755 and pulled 644 totaling 2,269. He also won the multi ply 275 class. I'm really proud of him.

Overall the meet had some great lifters and was ran well. My friend Bruce Mason also competed today and put up some serious numbers totaling 2,677. He has been working with Todd Brock and has improved on every lift substantially. There were a total of 9 lifters totaling over 2,000 so it was a day of impressive lifting.
