With how sore I was after the 5x10 squats (w/ only 205 lbs. Who woulda guessed?), I pushed back my squat day to get the rest I needed. Maybe I'll actually get big legs from all the volume now. One can dream right? I will say doing the 5x10 with little rest is a double bonus because it's basically cardio for me. The thing is, I actually added a little cardio to my training which I'll mention in a later log. Anyways, here's how the rest of my lifting was laid out:

Squat Day

A. Squat Bar weight x 10 135x10 225x8 295x5 340x5 385x5

B. SSB Good Mornings - 5x10 1 plate/side - 90 Sec Rest

C. Leg Extension 6x6 alternating legs until all sets are complete

D. Leg Curls 6x6 alternating legs until all sets are complete

E. Ab Wheel 1x30 - ouch

OHP Day

A. OHP Bar weight x 10 95x10 140x5 165x5 185x5 B. Bench - 5x10 190lbs - 90 sec rest

C. BB Rows 315 3x10

D. Bodyweight Dips 1x30

E. Ab Machine/Neck Machine SS 3x10, 1x10 Neck Flexion, Lateral Flexion (both sides), Extension
