I made the transition to a different bar for squats and was able to maneuver under the duffalo bar with little discomfort in my shoulder. However, I found myself shifting pretty bad to my right as I was squatting so I need to make sure I warm-up better next time to try and rectify that.
Had to leave to go back to work and fix stuff. Also after a conversation with Allen Pilley I realized I need to do a lot more hamstring work.
