RPS Nationals are coming quickly, tomorrow I have my checkup with the Surgeon as well. Hopefully he will be pleased with my progress. Shoulder is feeling really good, ROM is good, I just need to get my squat looking alot prettier and I'll be golden for this meet.

(350 Is definitely a safe opener for me, my pulls have not regressed much post surgery, I hope to pull 400 at the meet)

I didn't do any accessories today, going to save that for Tuesday, we had a big crew training today so I took time to help others today. Lots of people from "Team Outlaws" will be competing at the RPS meet as well. This event will be EPIC!
