Pulled out the Texas squat bar for the first time in years. We gave been using a normal power bar to replicate the usapl bars. Since the next meet is RPS we are using what the meet will have.

Good workout. The reps feel good. This is a intro phase so the weights aren't heavy but I'm not very strong right now either so it's all good.
