I did not feel comfortable under the bar today and it could be seen in each set. The first set I pitched forward and the bar nearly threw me over and the second rep was way too hard. The second set my descent was off and was still pitching forward off the box. Finally on the third set I found the groove and was able to do the 5 reps I wanted to do, but by then I was ready to move on. Things will get better.
