At home with 3 hrs a sleep and back to work I go.

Working night shift is ruff on the body and sleep cycle. Hoping to get back on second shift soon.

10 min easy spin bike. Light stretch, plank holds. Doing just this made my ache and pains go away.

Its this simple, I lift human beings for a living, I need to stay mobile and strong to do my job well. How many health care workers do you know with knee, back, and shoulder problems. It ends careers and makes life miserable and full of excuses to stop us from living active life styles.
