1. Bench Press

  • Wore New Ace 58 bench shirt
  • Worked up to 545 for a single
I got the Ace 58 because I was really struggling to touch in the Ace 56 that I have been using. The larger shirt made it easy for me to touch 545 but I lost more pop out of it than I thought I would being only one size larger. I’m still struggling to decide what to do on the bench.

2. 4 Board Press – close – moderate grip

  • Work up to 635 for 2 sets of 3 – held last rep for 5 count.
3. Rear Delt Machine
  • 2 sets 12 reps with the stack.
4. Rows- barbell
  • 185 for 2 sets of 8 reps.
