Bands took approximately 100 off at the top and 185 off at the chest.

615 for a single (I would refer to this as a grinder)

 

t-bar rows

2 plates plus 2 chains for 4 sets of 10 reps

 

shoulder fly machine

90 for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

I was asked hour a reverse band lift translates to a regular bench. The answer is it doesn't.
