Squats - wore Metal Ace briefs and Metal Ace squat suit straps down - squats were intentionally cut 2 inches high.

worked up to 770 for a double

790 for a double

805 for a double

 

deadlifts - set against double light bands

325 for 10 singles

 

reverse hypers

3 sets of 8 reps

 

glute ham raises

3 sets of 8 reps

 

The squats felt better than expected and I'm happy with where my squat is right now.
